Adrienne O'HARE | Managing Director
Adrienne is a dynamic business professional with over sixteen years experience in learning, development and HR in multinational companies, including senior management roles in telecommunications and consulting organisations.
She has a BSc in Psychology from Queens University Belfast, a diploma in training management and an advanced coaching programme which is recognised by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition to this she is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Adrienne’s career has given her extensive experience in business set-ups, sales management, and achieving in target-driven environments.
Her areas of learning expertise are in behavioural change, leadership and management development, coaching and creating practical solutions for real business needs. Adrienne is passionate about maximising the performance of individuals and organisations and believes in the potential of people to exceed expectations.
